The location is pretty great, right near everything you need. The staff were super friendly, and I appreciated the large windows in my room offering a nice view. The conference facilities were excellent, making it easy to attend my meetings without any hassle.
My experience was really let down by the check-in process. It took way too long, and I had to wait for ages. Then, to make it worse, the coffee maker in my room was a total hassle with no instructions. Honestly, I expected better for the price!

The clean, comfortable room, along with friendly staff, made for a pleasant experience. The restaurant served excellent food, and the hospitality room, expertly managed by Kay, was a highlight. Despite some issues like the hot tub being out of order and minor room updates needed, the relaxing facilities—including the pool—enhanced our family bonding time. The hotel's location near lovely landmarks like Heritage Ranch and Bower Ponds added to our enjoyment.

Fairly large and fairly clean hotel, location was marvellous and unbeatable close to the adjacent conference centre, excellent fitness center and the hockey arena and lots of restaurants and fast food. Very very nice and courteous staff, suggested places to visit.

Nice seeing it being renovated.
two taps in the bathroom sink, both ran hot. Neither one was a cold water tap. Room 307.

the location was convenient, and i enjoyed how quiet the nights were. i also liked the hotel’s layout, particularly the lobby area with its cozy furniture. while the breakfast options left something to be desired, the overall experience was pleasant, especially with easy parking and the modern amenities in the room, including a spacious walk-in shower.

The service was good and accommodating, the room was nice and clean. Overall a good experience
The TV was good quality, however the program doesn’t do it justice. However the staff recovered, and helped / compensated through our issues.

Rooms are large. Hallway is very bright. Rooms are clean.
Is not a Sheraton. Rooms are very dated. Advertised as a casino. Very disappointed as the casino does not open till August 2023. Very misleading.

The food was delightful with a lot of alternatives. The staff seemed efficient and attentive. The venue's position was central. There was a convenient restaurant, shops and a bakery next door.

I had a great stay with comfy rooms and friendly staff. The food in the lounge was a highlight, always enticing my team to dine in. While my room showed some wear, the amenities, including the pool and gym, made up for it. Definitely a solid choice for business or leisure!

We stayed in a room that you could go straight out to the pool from. It was very nice. Clean, comfy beds and very nice linens. Decor is also really nicely done. Will definately stay again.
Not impressed that you now have to pay for bottled water, the Sheraton was always known for it's free water.
