Excellent hotel with its 24-hour reception, indoor swimming pool, and friendly staff. They even guided me with a local delivery recommendation on my first visit. I highly recommend staying here, and I'm coming back next year!

We enjoyed a Club Level room with comfy two queen beds. The Club lounge had delicious snacks, almost a full meal, and breakfast was served with coffee. The indoor pool and hot tub were great after a long day. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the lounge had plenty of seating and beautiful décor.

The Club Lounge was a real treat. apps were good! The pool was clean, and the lotion provided was eco-friendly.

We had a delightful stay with our child, enjoying the nearby parks and trails. The hotel felt welcoming, especially with the spacious lobby and the cozy seating. We took a beautiful family biking trip along the Waskasoo Park trail system, which the kids absolutely loved.

My kids wished for a pool area specifically designed for younger ones.

However, it would be great if the staff paid more attention to details, such as stocking coffee supplies and ensuring room cleanliness. Bring extra coffee cream if you need it!

The location of the resort was very convenient for exploring nearby areas. The breakfast prepared by the chef was impressive, showcasing excellent attention to detail.

The noise level from the newer side was bothersome at times.

I stayed for one night and was pretty disappointed with my experience. The service at check-in was subpar, and I felt like the staff was unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for the visit. The room had issues, including cleanliness, with red petals and something resembling bamboo in the sheets. Despite these problems, I appreciated the nice appearance of the hotel overall and found the bed to be very comfortable. However, it would have been better if the room was cleaner and more thoroughly checked before my arrival.

Recommended for Business Travelers

The staff was really helpful, especially in the restaurant. They went out of their way one morning and made us a fantastic breakfast, even made eggs just the way I like them.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but the experience was still acceptable.
